If you make your booking thru the hotel’s website
A confirmation will be sent to you by email and full payment for your accommodation must be made no later than 10 days.
If you book via E-mail directly at the hotel:
Notify the hotel by mail as soon as you send your prepayment by joining the banking document.
This document must show your name / first name, period of stay, your bank coordinates and the confirmation. Once the prepayment is received by the hotel, the department in charge will send you an acknowledgment of receipt. Acknowledgment of receipt is the confirmation of your accommodation.
Unpaid reservations are transferred to the waiting list.
If you book in low season, payment in advance is not required. You pay directly upon arrival at the hotel.
The high season period is From 1 July to 10 September.
Any “confirmed” stay must be paid 72 hours in advance.
To guarantee your booking
If booking made in High Season, a confirmation will be sent to you by email, prepayment in full is required no later than 10 days.
If Booking made in Low Season, prepayment in advance is not required. You pay directly upon arrival at the hotel.
To cancel your booking
To cancel your reservation, you should notify the hotel on line, by e-mail or fax, and these two weeks at the latest before the date of your arrival, in high season.
24 hours at the latest before the date of your arrival in low season.
Past the deadline, your prepayment is not refundable, but if you cancel before these deadlines, the hotel will refund your prepayment at your cost.
If your cancellation occurs during your stay:
High Season: Prepayment for the remaining nights of your stay is not refundable
Low Season: Prepayment for the remaining nights of your stay is refundable.
If, for any reason, the hotel does not receive your prepayment, your reservation is no longer guaranteed, it is on the waiting list. In this case, we recommend you get in touch with the person in charge at the hotel reservation to advise the best solution.

By International, credit card.
By Certified check
By Travel agency document / voucher.

Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club.
All credit cards issued by Moroccan banks are accepted.
The hotel does not accept non-certified personal checks.
