You can make your reservation request online, by phone, fax or e-mail, or through your usual travel agency.

July, August and September are high season months. We advise you to proceed in advance to make your request.

We recommend that you write your name in capital letters, the period of your stay, number of Apartments or Chalets, number of people, email address and mobile phone number.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival, the Chalets, Hotel Apartments and Suites Hotel are only available from 2:00 pm onwards.

 The minimum stay in July & August is 7 nights.

Guarantee & Cancellation

To guarantee your reservation

If your stay occurs  in high season, the prepayment of the entire stay is required upon reservation.

– If your stay occurs in low season, you will pay for your stay upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation without charges

14 days before the date of arrival in high season and 24 hours prior to arrival in low season. After this time, your prepayment is acquired at the hotel. However if you send the cancellation request before these deadlines, the hotel will refund your prepayment.

The customer acknowledges

Booking Confirmation

– The booking confirmation include the type and number of rooms, the number of adults and children, price, and services to be provided.

Force Majeure

If the hotel is unable to provide the reserved accommodation, then the hotel is entitled to find alternative accommodation for the guest, for the agreed price, in an accommodation provider with a similar standard of rooms and services. In such case, the guest is not entitled to demand recourse.
